The Good Goat Milk Co. traditional recipe Ghee is made from pasture-fed goat milk butter that is sourced in small batches directly from our family goat farms in New Zealand.
It has a delicious buttery aroma and flavor and has the nutritional benefits of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) and MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides). Our traditional, small batch Ghee making process preserves all of the goodness of New Zealand’s pasture-fed goat milk.
Our delicious goat’s milk Ghee is highly nutritious and has a gentler cream structure than cow’s milk making it easier to digest.
Directions: Use liberally as a spread, in cooking, baking or you can even add it to a nice hot drink. Use a clean dry spoon to remove from the jar and do not microwave the carton.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Use within 3 months of opening.
