1 c. frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 punnet (or 1/2 C) coconut dairy free yoghurt
4 tbsp. rolled oats
1 tbsp. almond butter
2 tsp. vanilla essence
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. prepared GGMC Goat Milk
