CHAI MIX INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 1½ tsp ground cloves
- 1½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground allspice (optional)
- 1 tsp black pepper (optional — adds warmth and depth)
- 2–4 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar (optional)
CHAI MIX METHOD:
- In a small bowl, whisk all spices and sugar together until evenly blended.

Transfer the spice blend to an airtight jar and keep it in a cool, dry cupboard.

HOW TO USE YOUR CHAI MIX
1. CHAI TEA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup hot brewed black tea or rooibos for a caffeine free option
- 1–2 tsp chai mix
- 1–2 tsp Good Goat Milk Powder (add more for extra creaminess)
- Sweetener to taste (Maple syrup, sugar or honey)
METHOD:
- Whisk the goat milk powder with a splash of cold or warm water until completely smooth.
- Brew a cup of black tea.
- Stir the chai mix into the hot tea until dissolved.
- Top with the premixed goat milk and gently stir to combine.
