Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s pumpkin spice latte season! Save some time and whip up a pumpkin spice latte at home. This recipe is for pumpkin spiced syrup that you can add to your coffee to start your day off with all the Fall vibes sitting on your favorite spot on the couch enjoying the colors of Fall.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Makes: Syrup for 10 lattes

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 double-shot espresso
  • 1 scoop Good Goat Milk Powder
  • 1 cup water

    METHOD:

    To make syrup:

    1. In a pot over medium heat, add sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract, and bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.
    2. Turn off the heat and let the syrup cool.

    To make a latte:

    1. Make a double-shot espresso or coffee of your choice.
    2. Mix in one tablespoon of pumpkin spice syrup.
    3. Mix water and Good Goat Milk Powder and foam.
    4. Pour goat milk over espresso pumpkin spice mix.
    5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top 
    6. Enjoy!

      Notes: 

    1. Keep syrup refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week to enjoy at your convenience.
    2. You can also sprinkle pumpkin spice onto the top of your finished latte.
    3. For an iced coffee, mix the syrup into freshly brewed hot coffee, and add ice and goat milk.
