Valentine's Day Goat Milk Smoothie
This smoothie will show just how much you love your Valentine! Its sweet flavor, smooth texture, and vibrant color will make anyone smile. Fast and refreshing, this raspberry goat milk smoothie is fabulous.
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 1 minute
Makes: 1 big smoothie or two small smoothies
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop Natural Good Goat Milk Powder
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender, breaking the banana into smaller pieces.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for one day.
- You can skip the greek yogurt completely if you choose.
