Ingredients

  • 1 scoop goat milk powder
  • Cold water (to mix with the goat milk)
  • 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2–3 tablespoons warm water
  • A handful of ice

Method

  1. In a protein shaker, add cold water, goat milk powder, and maple syrup. Shake well until fully dissolved and lightly frothy.
  2. In a small bowl or glass, whisk the matcha powder with warm water until smooth and lump-free. Set aside.
  3. Fill a serving glass with a generous handful of ice.
  4. Pour the goat milk mixture over the ice.
  5. Gently pour the prepared matcha over the top to create a layered effect.
  6. Stir before drinking to combine all the flavors.
