Ube Goat Milk Latte

Ube Goat Milk Latte

Looking for a fun way to enjoy goat milk? This creamy ube latte combines rich goat milk with sweet purple ube for a colorful drink that's as delicious as it is beautiful.

Mixing the ube with hot water first creates a soft pastel layer that slowly swirls into the goat milk as you stir.

What Is Ube?

Ube is a purple yam popular in Filipino desserts and drinks. It has a naturally vibrant color and a mildly sweet flavor with hints of vanilla and sweet potato.

Why We Love Ube

Beyond its beautiful purple color, ube contains naturally occurring antioxidants called anthocyanins—the same pigments responsible for its vibrant hue.

Ube also provides carbohydrates for energy and contains small amounts of fiber, potassium, and vitamin C.

While most people enjoy ube for its unique flavor and color, it's a fun way to add variety to your favorite drinks and recipes.
